Not especially. I wrote stories in school, but wasn’t the kind of kid who wrote stories after school and on weekends like some do. I certainly didn’t think about being a writer when I grew up. I did love to read, though. And I think that even though I didn’t know it, all the books I was reading were turning me into a writer.
